Kent County Dog License Purchase

A late fee of 25% will automatically be added after March 1^st per Kent County license regulations. The license fee will include the 25% late charge at checkout.

1. Online Purchase using your credit card
   
   • This process is a 2 step process as it was when the State administered the dog license program
   • You must FIRST submit a form with your details and then proceed to a shopping cart to pay for the license. Only one dog may be entered into the form at a time and then payment must be made in the shopping cart. This 2 step process MUST be completed for each dog.
     
     
     
2. Mail-In Purchase - Download a printable form that can be completed by hand or on your computer
   
   • The downloadable form will allow you to enter information for up to 4 dogs
   • You may mail-in the completed form and payment
   • You may bring the completed form and payment to the KCSPCA
